Always a pleasant experience with Neil Schwartz I stopped in for a quick oil change yesterday on an old Toyota 4Runner (which is now approaching 200,000 miles!). Neil Schwartz was the service advisor I worked with - and who I have worked with in the past. He is as honest as they come and explains things well. Yesterday, during my oil change, they identified a non-safety issue. Great Sales Service After a brief visit, describing the kind of car we were interested in, Brian, the salesman, responded with a great prospect the next day. i viewed that car and Brian agreed to hold it until I could discuss it with my wife. The next day he allowed me to have it checked by my mechanic. He set us up with an exceptional car -- far better than we could have expected. We are delighted that he made it so easy for us to get the car that is perfect for us.
An easy car buying experience I looked at various cars and dealerships over a six month span and am extremely happy with the no nonsense process at Acton Toyota of Littleton. Service with a smile and integrity Today I walked out of Acton Toyota of Littleton with a used RAV4 Hybrid. The car has everything we wanted and then I added weather guards and a roof rack! I've been a customer since 1998 and look forward to having my vehicle serviced by Acton Toyota. Today I worked with Jack Burke as a salesperson. He was fantastic! First Class treatment This is the fourth car that we have purchased at Acton Toyota and the third car with Jack Burke. Jack has tremendous knowledge and was really able to help find the vehicle that was a best fit for us.
Outstanding - as usual I keep coming to this place (this is our fifth car from here with purchases spanning over for almost 15 years) - and it just keeps getting better and better.
