A Sales Team focused on return sales. From the moment my wife and I sat down in the Used Car Annex with Brian Doney, it was obvious that this dealership was actively combatting the stereotypical duct tape and bubble gum "Used Car Dealer" of movie and competitive advertising fame. Great dealership! This is the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership. Both experiences were great! I just recently worked with Brian Wesley who was friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure me one way or another. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Acton Toyota. Within the past year, close friends have purchased a total of 5 Toyota vehicles from this dealership and all have the same positive comments. The Best Place To Buy A Car! This is my third car purchase at Acton Toyota, and I'll be back for more! Our first two cars are still going strong at over 165 miles! Smoothest car buying experience we have ever had! We found Acton Toyota of Littleton through the service department which we were very pleased with after disappointing experience at another dealer. When it came time to buy a new Prius we decided to check out the sales dept. Jack Burke was excellent! He never tried to hard sell us into anything we did not want. Shout out to Steve Jensen I know I can't say " shop Littleton Toyota last, you'll love 'em" because it's trademarked but I just did and if you do go, ask for Steve Jensen, he'll make what can be a stressful experience a more pleasurable one.

Excellent customer service! I submitted an online inquiry about a Sienna and Karin was very responsive and helpful with any questions that I had. I went in to meet her in person, and she made the buying process quick and easy for me. I highly recommend her!

Wonderful This was a wonderful experience for me. I was nervous about buying a car, but Jack made it easy and answered every question that I had. When I came back to pick up the car, he even had a big white ribbon on it and had brought me a bouquet of flowers--such a thoughtful way to end my car buying experience!
