I drove from NJ to Acton Toyota for my Toyota Sienna AWD! Alex is the most detail-oriented and easy to deal with sales person I’ve ever encountered. Alex, on behalf of Acton Toyota, provided a simple and straight forward pricing to us that we simply could not refuse. We drove from NJ to Acton Toyota just to lease our vehicle because we were so impressed with dealership. I’m also a BMW owner for years now, and I have to say that the so-called luxury brand customer service is nothing compared to Alex’s work.

Outstanding purchase on a Rava 4 My Mother purchased a Rava4 from Littleton Toyota in Febuary of this year.my mother can not read and has difficulty with understanding a lot but Jack Burke was amazing he was very patient and understanding with her.My mom was thrilled jack got her into a Rava 4 she was blown away would not look at anything else the present jack had for both me and my mom was very sweet of him (flowers). Thank you very much for a successful ride and thanks to Chris in the finance dept wonderful people

Jack Burke I have previously purchased a 2010 Avalon and a 2013 RAV4 from Acton Toyota so obviously I like the way they treat their customers. Their service department is first rate, they pay attention to you when you describe a issue you might have with your vehicle and resolves it to your satisfaction. Refreshingly pleasant experience Shawn was great to work with; quick and responsive email exchanges through delivery. It was one of the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experiences I've ever had. Very transparent and honest negotiations resulting in a very favorable deal that easily beat the competition. Shawn went out of his way to have my new car ready based on my pick-up scheduling constraints.

Great Service. Very Helpful I purchased a used car for my son. Jack Burke was very helpful and took me around the entire place in a golf cart to check out the available cars. We totally lucked out and found the perfect car, and Jack helped us close the deal quickly and easily.

Friendly and helpful I recently bought a 2012 Prius from here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Andy. Other dealerships I visited before coming here seemed either disinterested or overly pushy. The Used Car Annex had a large inventory but I didn't feel pressured into buying anything other than exactly what I was looking for. They even let us drive the car to another dealership before buying in order to pick up our trade-in. Highly recommend.

Effortless Steve and Brian were fantastic to work with. They were knowledgeable and friendly and maybe the car buying experience enjoyable. You could tell by their "people skills" that they enjoy their job and put their customers needs first.
