Great experience at Acton Toyota We have leased 3 cars from Acton Toyota, 2 from Alex Wheaton, and we are extremely pleased with both the cars and our experience with the dealership. Alex treats us with consideration, respect, and kindness and we feel very secure in dealing with him and Toyota. Alex is a wonderful, knowledgeable salesperson and we feel very confident in leasing our 3rd Rav 4 from Acton Toyota. We are loyal customers and are very happy to be driving our new car. Good car buying experience We just purchased a car from Jack this past week, and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with. We were very impressed with how he walked us through all of the features of our new car on the day we picked it up.

Excellent Service From the time my son and I walked in the door , we had an excellent experience . Jack was friendly, helpful , and professional . He tried to help us get the best value by showing us options . Jack was real and honest . Our car was ready very quickly and he spent time to go over all the car features . We could not be happier . It was the most friendly dealership I have been in .

Excellent customer service, excellent dealership This is my second car from Acton Toyota of Littleton, and I cannot be happier with my experience. There are no gimmicks, no games, or hoops to jump through. I originally went back to work with Michael Capizzi, he helped me originally with my 2013 Venza and made that a seamless transaction. Mike was tied up and didn't want us to wait long, and referred us to Jack Burke. Best ever experience and Jack Burke is great This is my second new car purchase from Acton Toyota and I have to say that although I am already in love with this place working with Jack Burke in my latest purchase was a true pleasure. He was direct, honest, disagreed with me on some things (which I appreciated, he actually thought I did not need some of the bells and whistles that I got) I ended up getting some of then in any case but I did appreciate his viewpoint. Excellent customer service- bought a used Rav4 I came to Acton Toyota (others are closer) because of Scott Poirier, a service manager for Acton Toyota. He spoke so highly of the organization and my experience supported that praise. Jack Burke helped me narrow my selection of used automobiles and was extremely thouough explaining the differences and benefits of certain features. New Rav4 Hybrid This was our 3rd new Toyota from Acton Toyota. For this purchase we worked Ken Hsu and Jim Sullivan, both were excellent. They were both helpful and patient, while we decided between a highlander and Rav4 for our next new car. Negotiating a deal went quickly and smoothly.
