Easiest process ever! Although I wasn't the pickiest customer (I had researched a specific type of car for a long time and when it came up...I grabbed it), the process was easy and enjoyable. From test drive to driving away in my new car took exactly 24 hours...piece of cake! I did everything through the dealership; financing, registration, new plates. They were great!

Great buying experience. This was our second experience purchasing a car from Acton Toyota and working with Tom Downing in Sales. After visiting and test driving several SUV's at Honda. Nissan, and other Toyota dealerships, my wife and I decided to give Tom a call. We looked at several vehicles (new & used) and were undecided after discussing the pro's and con's with Tom. Top Notch, easy to work with, totally nice people Very friendly people. Had test drive cars ready, respecting our time as well as theirs. No high pressure. Offered a fair price. Provided helpful information. Gave us the time we needed to make a decision. Worked to make sure we were satisfied. Even the finance discussion was friendly and easy.

Reliable, honest, consistent My husband is a colonel in the Army, so we have always bought American cars. After I was in a car accident and my car was totaled, I definitely wanted another vehicle to protect me if I were to be hit again. I had a Mercury Mountaineer which is no longer being made. Found my new Taco! I have been waiting patiently for the new 2016 Toyota Tacoma to come out. As soon s the first ones started hitting dealerships this fall I went into Acton Toyota tobtry to find my new YOTA. Unfortunately because the truck is so new they didn't have the exact truck I was looking for. I test drove a couple they did have but had to wait and place an order for the exact trim I wanted. Wonderful experience. My husband and I were ready to purchase a car. We wanted to purchase a used car with less than 50K miles on it. We found it at Acton Toyota and it is a beautiful car, like new. 2013 Graphite Gray Subaru Outback, AWD, 22,000 miles on it, with a remote starter, leather seats, safety features throughout.
