Wow! Where do I start. I will make it short and sweet. Everyone that I dealt with was exceptionally adept at their job. Really - Scott Bristol and John Tosi were very personable and just easy to talk to and Jack Burke truly made it a no-pressure experience!

Excellent When service told me my 2010 RAV with 175K miles needed expensive service, I walked over to sales and met Jack Burke. Lucky for me! Jack is a great guy with a keen knowledge of his business. He showed me a number of certified RAVs and I was fortunate to find the perfect one for me. I drove it home today! I researched other large area Toyota dealers for better deals and found none.
Ask for Jack Jack made shopping for our new car very pleasant. He was cheerful and helpful from start to finish. Mary and I can't remember a better car buying experience.
I lease a Highlander at Acton, the sales team is very responsive, they patiently answered all my questions, they offer transparent and detailed quote with clear breakdown. Finally, the rest area at Acton is the best I have ever seen, definitely a good place to service my car in the future.
Bought a certified pre-owned highlander. Salesperson was great and very patient with us. Responsive, informative. A great experience. We test drove multiple cars and had them evaluate multiple cars for trade in, which seemed fair evaluations.
