All the service staff I met were wearing protective masks and they guided me through my service and payment process quickly and efficiently. My New Lease My new lease of a 202 RAV4 went as smoothly and efficiently as good be expected in these unusual times. I am very happy to continue to do business with Acton Toyota of Littleton and have no complaints or concerns. My original salesman was very helpful and picking up my new car went very smooth considering most of the sales force were not available due the the corona virus shutdown.
We had a better price offer from another dealer prior to coming to Acton. After meeting with John we were impressed with his knowledge and honesty. Although he did not beat the price we felt working with him as well as the dealership would be the best option for us. I will certainly contact him directly for my future car needs.
I haft to say in all honesty that Steve K is the best sales associate. You will love buying or leasing a car from him.
