Quick service I was told my wait time would be 90 minutes. They had everything done for me in less than an hour. Thanks for giving me back time on a Saturday!

Brakes needed fixing My ABS/VCS brakes suddenly stopped working and I drove straight to the dealership. They took my car that day and offered a shuttle service back to my home. The car was fixed by the middle of the next day. The shuttle service picked me up at my house and brought me to my car. It was expensive But I can immediately tell the difference with Toyota parts compared to other types of parts put in the car. The customer service was great.

Successful recall experience Although a safety recall can be inconvenient, Route 2 Toyota made it as pleasant as possible: easy registration, polite service, quick repair, and most importantly, a free loaner car.

Easy car buying experience David Swain made our car buying experience easy. We were able to confirm our price before stepping foot into the dealership. We didn’t want to spend a lot of back and forth. David Bruno helped us finalize the sale in person and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall good experience.

The most pleasant experience ever! I can not tell you how pleasant my experience was! It was the most totally unbelievable! I knew I wanted to buy a Taucoma and had gone to IRA in Manchester because I had saw a truck online I was interested in. It turned out to be the most horrific, stressful time I have ever had. Great experience. Alex the sales guy was great to deal with, very organized and up front about the whole process. No xxxxxxxx, which was much appreciated. Needed brake service. This is a professionally-managed and operated dealership. Service department discovered brakes were in dangerous condition. Bill gave options and performed what I requested and could afford at this time, but didn’t make me feel bad about doing less than the ideal scope of work.

Great service experience I’ve gone to this dealer to buy 2 cars and for service on three of our Toyota Priuses. We’ve had exceptional experiences every time we’ve worked with them. They are efficient, upfront about pricing and never try to push extra services.
