Replacement of air bags I was able to get an appt quite quickly, and they gave me a beautiful car to drive for the few hours they needed to have my car. Everything was managed very smoothly.

Buying a used. Rav4 Complicated trade in was finally successful resolved by dealer staff. Sales staff was helpful and kept us informed on progress of this issue. I was able to negotiate a fair price for the car.
