Excellent customer service with no pressure! Buying a new car always has me anxious about getting the best price and the haggling one encounters. Prime Toyota, Louis Rylant and his staff put all that to rest. I was greeted and not jumped on by one of his sales Professionals Andrew. Right off the bat they explained that I would get the best price via Edmunds research, and a fair trade value as well, without the usual painful encounters. 100% Satisfaction Came in looking for a new toyota. I wasnt sure on what I wanted, but the staff at Prime was more than accommodating. Quick fast and easy Me and my girlfriend went in to lease a new rav 4 and these two gentlemen where up front with everything and made no unrealistic promises. I would recommend anyone took buy from prime and work with them.
Excellent Customer Service I recently moved onto a steep hill and needed something with four wheel drive in anticipation of the coming winter. Knowing I was still upside down on a previous car loan I tentatively went to Prime, only to see what they would say. Shahid and his team went above and beyond my expectations, contacting multiple banks just before closing to make sure I could leave with the truck I was eyeing. In the end, I got the truck I wanted and left happy and confident I got a great price.
10,000 mile checkup You just drive through the door (it opens when you get in front of it) so you don't have to find a place to park and walk through whatever weather. Waiting area is pleasant and car was ready in exact time I was told it would be. Service Person told me exactly what was done and even told me some of the results and I was given a print out of all that was checked with the results. I have never had dealer service this good.
Could not deliver on a request to move a car from one of their other dealers for me to test drive, did not call a couple of times when he said he would.
