We went to Norm Wagner Toyota to buy a 2010 Toyota Sienna. Unfortunately the dealer did not have any 2010 Siennas. Ricardo, the sales rep., and his manager worked with us to buy a new 2011 Sienna. We were able to agree on acceptable terms and we bought a new 2011 white Sienna. This is our 3rd Toyota purchased from Norm Wagner Toyota, When we look at vehicles at this dealer we are not pressured in any way the sales team and finance dept.Are all friendly and very helpful and listen to you (The Customer).I look forward in 3 years time to purchase my dream vehicle the TOYOTA TOCOMA

When I went to Norm Wagner I was greeted by Craig and found him very friendly and not at all pushy very easy to talk to in fact it only took 2 hours and I had purchased the car and was on my way home. Craig was great in fact he picked up my trade in the next day at my home so I didn't have to take time off from work and on my way home my new car was ready and Luke Brown had all the paper work for me to sign I was on my way with my new car in 30 minutes that is great service! I came in looking for a toyota tundra double cab long bed. They didn't have one on their lot but said he could find what i was looking for. Before i left the dealership that day we found a possible match. We worked out a price and financing before i left. They brought the truck in the next day and i came into look at it. I bought a Camry 2011 with Ricardo, who was very friendly and efficient. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. Going to the dealership I found out that I could afford a brand new car. Decision which I don't regret. The trip to the dealership was worth, and i will certainly do it again in the future.

My husband and I were just in for service but decided to look around at the used cars. The sales man came out and introduced himself and asked what we were looking for. We told him we wanted a fuel efficient car for our 19 year old daughter. He made a few suggestions then asked why we were not considering a new car we explained that our daughter could not afford insurance on anything too new. I have lost count of the total number of Toyota's my wife and myself have owned(all new). I have purchased my cars all over the state of Mass. I have nver been treated as well as I was at Norm Wagners. The people there are outstanding, easy to deal with and just as great after the sale. Geat experience from start to finish. The sales person and the finace person were excellent and made the process very easy. They even supplied me with a rental until my new veheicle was ready for pick up.
