My husband and I made our second purchase from Koch 33 Ford, and there's no question as to why we always go back. The staff is so friendly, honest and personable! They never make you feel pressured and stand by everything they say. The facility is super clean. I can't say enough fantastic words about this dealership and all there staff!

Gabe Sanchez was an awesome salesman! His patience and friendliness are great qualities. My wife and I first met Gabe and he did not pressure us into buying anything. We saw a vehicle, Gabe allowed us to test drive it and gave us the time we needed to make our decision. Needed a repair after a recall was done. Can't say enough good about how I was handled. Handled the repair wonderfully and fixed something else minor- with no issue. Extremely professional. compared to the ford dealer I bought the car from- outstanding.
