To put it simply- AMAZING I had just got into an accident with my car (that I also bought from Jason but at a different dealership) that had left it totaled. I was upset, flustered, angry, confused, and all other sorts of emotions. Jason makes the car buying experience a breeze. He's so easy going and laid back. Went out of there way on a Saturday. Just want to thank the guys at Koch ford especially Billy Kemmetler for getting me in and done on a Saturday when I was leaving at 5 am on Sunday to pick up a car I just bought in up state NY. I had to have the computer reflashed so it can see the trailer brake controller. Thanks again Keith
