Excellent Service I had no hassles. During my check in they checked my alignment, told me the front was out, asked if I wanted it fixed, and provided me with what it would cost. Very polite and curtious.

One of the best experiences buying a used new vehicle. Dan Stover was an excellent salesman from start to finish in helping me with my hot new used 2015 Explorer. He worked with me to get a great price and what I could afford monthly. Dan stayed after hours to make sure I was completely satisfied. I do not live close about an hour away and from when you walk through the doors at Koch 33 Ford till when you leave is an unbelievably simple and wonderful experience. Highly recommend Everything from start to finish was excellent. They also have a very large inventory which I found very helpful. Had my new F150 in just a couple of days. Could have gotten it the same day if I had about an hour to wait.
