Awesome truck! We unexpectedly went ruck shopping on the 4th of July after learning the dealership was open on the holiday. Tim greeted us while we were walking the lot checking out inventory. He immediately assisted us and we drove off the lot with a brand new Ford truck a little later that day. Great experience!
Very quick and easy I SAW WHICH TRUCK I WANTED TO LOOK AT. WAS ABLE TO LEAVE WITH IT IN UNDER 4 HOURS TOTAL TIME.THE YOUNG LADY WAS A VERY PLEASANT PERSON TO DEAL WITH.
Total Excellence I was greeted promptly, introduced to my service writer who took me inside and didn’t excellent job writing up my car. My car got its maintenance done in a timely manner everybody is so friendly and kind at your dealership. It was a great experience
Best dealership ever! Courtney was amazing! We came in and told her exactly what we wanted and she made it happen! The managers have been very helpful and have gone above and beyond to help us even months after purchasing our vehicle! We love Koch 33 and will definitely be coming back!
Friendly, great atmosphere and they really worked with you My experience was great friendly sales staff, everyone helped me and worked with what I needed, I would definitely go back there in for another vehicle and I would recommend this dealership to others about my pleasant experience.
I would recommend I dealt with Daniel Bernard at the dealership and he was really nice and helpful, I didn’t feel rushed into buying anything. They are pretty far from where I live but I’d definitely go back
