Excellent Service Department I have had 4 occasions to visit Koch33 Service and had a pleasant experience each time; two for computer update/modifications to my Ford Edge ST and two for scheduled service. On one of the service visits Service Advisor Rachal Hower advised me that the multi-point inspection indicated the battery was testing low and she replaced it without charge. Long back an fourth The Irish man mike was a great guy , he was great with us , as any dealer the sales man has to go back an fourth with his manager ! That took to long drawn out , but we did come back in a couple of days an bought s great truck .

Sales and service satisfaction Salesman and finance manager stayed very late to accommodate my wife and I on our 2020 Ford explore lease. We're very pleased with the quick response with the technicality with the heating system.
