I bought my Rav 4 from here in 2021 and the salesman James was nice and very informative. Except... When we were finished signing papers and confirming the perks that he rattled off to sell us the car.. He told us we were making it up. Now, this is not me nor my boyfriend's first time buying cars (alone or with others) and we both heard him say they do full internal cleanings for free while the car is under warranty.
