We have been to many dealerships to purchase vehicles in the past. Hands down this was the best customer service we have ever experienced! They had excellent knowledge of the vehicle and could answer all our questions. Discussing the financials was hassle free and very simple. The staff was always kind and in fact made the process fun and enjoyable!

I have always serviced my Toyota Prius at Koch 33. I did not go in for brake work but 1500 bucks of upsells later and three return trips to dealer after they did brake flush, front rotors and pads, and rear brakes, the front right brake has been squealing non stop. There were no noises prior to service. They were and still are incapable of correctly fixing the noise they created to date. To this day my car sounds like a school bus. The dealership was great but has some issues with car colors and false information on finance was supposed to get one rate and was promised that rate and didn’t even come close to that rate
