I haven't had any experience with the service department yet but the sales dept. is terrific. Dotty was my sales person and after buying dozens of cars during my life, I can truly say that this was my best experience. Not only was there no game playing, but Dotty knows her cars and had all the answers to my questions.
My salesperson, Dotty was awesome! She kept getting back to me every time I needed to ask her a question. She took the time to make sure I knew how to work every thing in my new vehicle.
This is our 5th Toyota purchase from Koch Toyota…they are a friendly dealership, always listen to our needs and their maintenance shop is excellent
