The front office sales staff are professionals. Tony Bryant is a perfect gentleman & made our 2nd leasing experience palatable (although the whole thing is a ripoff). The backroom staff experience with Matt was awful. He was totally disrespectful & not customer oriented at all. I asked for copies of certain paperwork & he tried to deny me. I insisted & told him to go to the manager & he was overruled by his own & had obvious resentment. Dealing with Matt stained my experience but Tony Bryant saved the day.

One of the best car experiences anyone can have from Start to finish. James and Norman were able to get me the Truck I wanted with no head aches or hassles. The atmosphere at Koch is wonderful from sales, to finance all the way to service. Nothing beats Koch when it comes to the experience of purchasing a vehicle and getting it service.

Yesterday I bought a car, mario was the one to help me. He was amazing and so very helpful. He did everything to help me find the perfect car. Everybody was so nice and helpful. They claim they give Kellie Blue Book Fair trade in price witch they didn't and poor Mario had to go back and forth with a manager who must not know they advertise the vehicle on line for less. I feel Mario did an excellent job trying to keep me happy when I was ready to walk away. Tedd Baxter
