Excellent car buying experience! I bought a Toyota Rav 4 and absolutely love it. My car buying experience was pleasant. It was very convenient to have all the services that was needed for my purchase done for me (including adding my car to my current car insurance.) Friendly Help from the Whole Team Norman was great at helping me pick out a car and getting everything sorted for my first new car purchase. Everybody was super helpful with the transition from my old car to my new.
Great service and a lot of product knowledge. Kotch Toyota was recommended to me by a friend who is very chosey about vehicles and major purchases. The sales person Norman took the time to listen to my needs and educate me on their products as well as the dealership, it’s history and vision for the future. I felt guided instead of sold or pressured. I am very happy about my experience and purchase with Kotch.
Great customer service Before visiting I spoke and worked with Brandon and I set my expectations and where I needed to be price wise. He assured me that they would be able to meet our expectations and he and the team at Koch over delivered. Not only did we get the car we wanted at the price we needed it to be, they also got us in and out within 2 hours. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Koch and I will continue to work with them due to the all around outstanding service they provide to their customers.
