Oil change/ free tire rotation, etc All went well. Courteous service representative, good service. The only disappointment was not being able to get the car rinsed off as the car wash was being serviced.
In and out service appointment! Friendly and efficient service and sales department, will continue to bring my car here after the free 2 year service deal is up. Waiting area is comfortable and spacious, also nice to get Starbucks coffee!

State inspection/ move to PA Failed to remove old front plate otherwise good service I was out in less than an hour all questions were answered will be back next
Great Maintenance service. John Salvo is the best customer service agent they have in Koch33 Toyota. He is always welcoming and makes you feel at home. I have had bad experiences with other people but the few times Jonh has helped me I have actually left the place feeling like I want to keep coming back for me maintenance services. He really offers a 5 star service, and I'm not a picky person and I don't ask for much but some of people do treat you like you're coming there to bother.
Excellent Dealership Came in for a tire repair and spoke with employees about future Toyota features. Hoping for more head space in Tacoma and different colors of 4Runner.
