Easy Purchase of New Car James met me on short notice and turned me over to knowledgeable Norman Munoz. Norman was well educated about all cars and he was quite amiable. He answered all questions during the test drive and was very quick so there was little waste of my time. Because the original offer by James was fair, I quickly moved to the completion phase where the gentleman had all my paperwork prepared in advance, and I was out the door promptly with my new Avalon. Efficient & Friendly Service This was my first service appointment & I was very impressed with the ease & efficiency. As I drove into the service bay, I was immediately greeted by a friendly person & instructed to go to the service desk associate whom explained the procedure. I was given an approximate wait time. I also asked for an additional service & because the part was in stock, they were able to accommodate me in a timely manner. I was impressed by the professional service.
