Great service! It’s all about the customer- beautiful facility, great service from beginning to end. I dealt with John Salvo who was very informative and kept me up to date with the service being done. I would highly recommend Koch Toyoto. They know how to provide great service. No complaints every time I’ve been there.

Efficient & Friendly Service This was my first service appointment & I was very impressed with the ease & efficiency. As I drove into the service bay, I was immediately greeted by a friendly person & instructed to go to the service desk associate whom explained the procedure. I was given an approximate wait time. I also asked for an additional service & because the part was in stock, they were able to accommodate me in a timely manner. I was impressed by the professional service.

Bought a 2019 Rav4 We had a great experience at Koch 33 with Norman Munoz. He was very helpful and has great customer service. Norman was very knowledgeable of his product. Car shopping can be stressful and he made the whole experience very easy. I would recommend this dealership and this salesman.

Very low stress pleasant car buying experience. Reached out through internet - the online CSR connected me with Oscar. Oscar was great. Had the already car warmed up and ready to go for the test drive when I arrived on site (great since it was 10 degrees outside).
