It could not have been busy I generally never buy a car new. It's not because of the mark up, it's because of the stress of how dealers make you feel. I bought a toyota 86 from Rich Chila. This gentleman was a true gentleman. On top of giving me a better price than 6 competing dealers, he was a pleasure to deal with. A real human human, who loves cars and cares for people. Easiest car buying experience of my life. Noah and Blake finished everything over the phone for me. I was only in the dealership about an hour, signed sealed delivered. I was doubtful anyone would be able to get me out of my trade; a sticky situation and a car I hated since day 1, but these guys made it happen. Great experience and beautiful car.

Purchased from out of state, the process was wonderful, and our sales person Dotty Miller was AMAZING!!!! Entire purchase done over the internet, and with no problems. Drove a hour to pick up our new 4Runner, and was at dealer 20min. Thanks Dotty for everything, you rock!!!! I would highly recommend Koch and all their employees .

Got my vehicle during pandemic and dealership was allowed to reopened everything went smoothly staff was great used phone, online, and a quick visit to pick up vecicle.

Oscar was professional, personable, informative, and very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and was able to answer all of our questions. Purchasing the car was surprisingly fast— faster than previous experiences at other dealerships. My husband and I are were very pleased with the customer service at KOCH 33 Toyota!
