Very good experience. My salesmen was Charles Dale and he was awesome. Took care of every need I had and was very professional. The gentlemen who helped with my insurance was very helpful also, I can't remember his name though. Mike Haney from finance was very nice too. Long story short, had a great experience and if I ever buy another Toyota I will buy it here.

Great experience. Zach’s video was very helpful, nice touch. Zach was very good to work with. We are thrilled with our used car. When buying a new Toyota, we will definitely consider Koch. Nice follow up from service department on setting up initial service appt. coincidentally and unfortunately, I had an accident with my other Toyota and will use Koch Collision Center.

KOCH 33 Toyota Rocks!After choosing a vehicle on KOCH 33 Toyota Rocks! After choosing a vehicle on Saturday I told Zach my salesman I would come in this morning at 9am to process the sale and value my trade in. Made it very clear I had to get in and out. When I arrived he greeted me at the door with a Tech who immediately inspected my trade in while I signed the paperwork which was already prepared. Was in and out in 38 MINUTES and driving my new vehicle home. Nice job Zach. Chris
