Walked for a Tacoma had salesman Mario told him don't need what I was looking for drove up the right color and equipment in truck traded my lease got another lease at fair payment done out the door!nice job guys.

Excellent interactions with sales person and sales Excellent interactions with sales person Hunter Epting and sales manager James Schramko throughout the initial process of looking at possible trim models as well as various stages towards completion of the agreement. Both were highly attentive, responsive and professional. I will be highly recommending them and Koch 33.

Rav4 Hybrid XSE Very friendly and easygoing. No real pressure placed on you. Did not take a prolonged time to complete the purchase. Fair price. Good and fast communication.

Back In A Taco Long time Toyota customer. I was looking for a used a certified Tacoma! I had both my kids with me and a I met Norman. Norman told me about the specials going on a that they could probably get in a new Tacoma for the price range that I was looking for. I was very reluctant to listen but I did! Norman and the staff met all expectations and more!!!! Everyone was awesome with my small girls around! This Toyota dealership was an awesome buying experience!!!! 5 stars to Norman and the crew

Easy One Day Buy Quick and easy test drive, good sales pitch, service was nice, felt like the salesmen go the extra mile to make the deal perfect, and an overall nice experience for a first time buyer.

Best Service!! What can I say about Norman, he made everything smooth and easy. He answered all of our questions, and treated us like family. This is the type of personal touch we look at in a dealer and a sales representative. He put our needs first, not the sale. He gave us what we wanted and went above and beyond. I highly recommend him. If you visit Koch 33 visit him. You won’t be disappointed!!! We weren’t and this is our 2nd vehicle with Norman. So thank you, and keep up the great work.
