Very polite John was excellent took the time with me John was very mice but they couldn't reach what I wanted my payment yo be it was a used car and payment wad to high I got a brand new SUV for what I wanted my payments to be. This is not John's fault at all.

Best experience ever This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I were in a very tough spot and we needed a miracle. Heather Doll was the best car sales person I could have ever dealt with. She was blunt honest from start to finish and she did everything in her power to get the deal done for my wife and I. She is simply the Best I have not purchased a car from heather yet but at some point I will. I have worked with heather at Best buy and she is very good at listening and helping to understand customers needs and making strong recommendations. It is no wonder ahe is doing so well.
