Met all expectations We were so pleased by the service we received from start to finish when purchasing our 4Runner! Jacob was great to deal with. He spent time with us expaling the vehicle both times we were there. He always had an answer for me when I would email about anything. We at no point felt rushed by him to make a decision. Positive, relaxed car buying experience I had an extremely positive car buying experience. John was very helpful in finding my dream car and worked with the team at Koch 33 to answer my questions about the RAV4. There was never a sense of pressure to buy and the entire process was very relaxed.

Jeff was fantastic! I emailed the dealer ahead of time to see if they would work with us the way we were used to being dealt with. (We are generally CarMax customers because we have no patience for haggling and sales tactics.) We were assured there would be no pressure, straight forward dealings, and direct information. Perfect for Car buying For my new vehicle purchase and trade-in yesterday, I had a perfect experience and even better than when it was Milham. Excellent Experience! Everyone at Koch Toyota was courteous and respectful. They provided a top notch (and fun) car shopping experience. They have a very extensive inventory.... Great Dealership! Koch 33 Toyota worked with my budget, where other dealerships would not, and I was able to get just the car I wanted!
