Wonderful experience buying my leased car! I had a great experience buying my leased car. John was wonderful to work with and made me comfortable the entire time, he helped me get a great price and got me into a car that I feel safe and comfortable in. Great Very good experience I would recommend Koch Toyota to friends and family. I like the Toyota Care option even though I do pay for it somewhere nothing is free.

Smooth and pleasant My experience was smooth and pleasant. There was no pressure. It was also done in a very expedient manner. I didn't really time it but maybe 2 hours.

Sloppy systems raise concerns We recently bought a new Rav 4 at this dealership. As is usual with a new car we were given two sets of keys. When we made a stop on the way home and tried to lock the vehicle we found one set of keys did not match our vehicle. The salesman was called, the situation explained and we are to pick up the missing set of keys when we are again in their area. Mistakes can happen.
