wonderful experience Me and my girlfriend came to look at a new Toyota and had some questions on which was the best model for the best price. James Serbia had a great personality and answered every one of our questions with great confidence! I will definitely recommend my friends to speak with him when they need a new car! Fast simple informative My whole experience was amazing. Never once did I get that feeling that I was being pushed into something that I wasn't ready for. I went in there really to see what my cars trade in value would be and to see how much of a down payment I would be looking at. Tony was able to do all that and gave me options and didn't harass me. Best car buying experience These people were great! For years my mom and I had dreamed of owning a Prius but we just didn't see how we could afford one. Tony, Missy, Jim and James worked together to show us all of the options that would not only enable us to afford one, but to drive home just a couple hours later. I HAD BOUGHT AN USED VEHICLE FROM THEM IT WAS OVER PRICED AFTER 3 DAYS DRIVING I HAD ENGINE SIGN ON LIGHT THEY SAID THEY WILL CHARGE ME WHEN I SAID IN 3 DAYS I HAD GOT ENGINE LIGHT ON TOYOTA HAVE A FIX IT THEY SAID OK THEN I LEFT MY CAR AT TOYOTA KOCH 33 EASTON PA THRY JUST RESET MY LIGHT WAS CAME ON METER AND THEY LIED THEY CHANGED THE OXYGEN SENSOR 2 BUT THEY DIDN'T BECAUSE AFTER 1 MONTH THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS I EILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO TUIS PLACE TY HGD
