Ok I have bought two previous time from Koch 33 when they were previously own. Since Koch bought them out the service dept is a sham, there collision center is sub par an fails to repair the vehicle correctly! I have yet to purchase a vehicle from them until yesterday when I spoke with the head Salesman who confirmed that the 2023 Toyota Hybrid Plat was still available an transferred me to Jacob Ferris the salesmen whom once again confirmed the vehicle was still available an took my deposit yesterday. Purchased a 2010, 25,000 mile cheap vehicle for my daughter that Koch’s master mechanics supposedly combed through and completed additional work on. Vehicle was over KBB price but figured if they put all this time and parts into it and for the mileage and the year why not. I was already approved with a fixed price from Cap One Auto. However, the dealership raised the price and stated Cap One isn’t always accurate with their pricing. Never had this issue with other dealerships. Horrible experience. Purchased a ford explorer. Have only had it for a month. Purchased with a cracked bumper which they are fixing. But the day after I got it back up camera stopped working. Then check engine light came on bc the coil pack was bad. Then after a week heard a grinding noise. Contacted. They swore up and down they were going to fix it. Now it's an issue to fix. Honestly just want the money for my trade and they can keep the piece of crap.

Had my 4Runner in brake job on 2/4/22 since had it back twice for squealing .first applied anti squel on pads. 2/14 Second that didn’t hear it, even though me and the service advisor heard it when they pulled it out. You would think after spending 1000 dollars and two trips back it would be fixed. Still hearing noise ! Poor brake job or cheap parts not sure which!! Really bad from day one. To start, they sold my trade at auction while I was still in possession of the title. At the same time, dealer and I made arrangements for me to pick up and not make the trade. After driving over an hour to pick up my old car, we discovered it was sold. Unbelievably unprofessional from the start. Sales mgr. dropping f bombs in front of my son who was with me at the time. He said, in reference to his sales rep who, in his words, “Jon f’d up”. This dealership is absolutely horrible ! I called expressing interest in a Toyota vehicle and and spoke to Noah. Several hours later Jake calls me back to follow up but never answered any of my questions. Two days later another gentleman calls me and asked me what vehicle I was interested in. I basically have to start the whole process over again with a third individual from the same dealership. He was apologetic for what had happened with his sales reps and is trying hard to make things right. There is something to be said about the dealership when the guys at the top "still care" ! Hopefully, things go smoothly from here on in.

It's business as usual at Koch Toyota. My husband and I purchased a Ford F350 in late December from Koch. The bed of the truck had a collection of tar and asphalt in it. The deal was they would clean it up to under 1/4 inch thickness and when we came to pick it up there were a few thick areas left in the bed. So last week I bought a new '21 Tacoma TRD Off-Road. I love the truck, but I have to say this was the worst experience buying a car I have ever had.
