Buyers beware. This dealership is very shady. They are sneaking. Be alert. Read all the paperwork before leaving the sales department. They are not straight forward

Good price BUT after the sale I had issue to be corrected. I text and emailed many times with no reply. They owe me and a few items and will not reply. The new truck that I brought in November had a March inspection sticker. Now in 4 months I have to get a new truck inspected. Also had broken parts and they don't seen to care. Don't expect any help after they sell you a car or truck. On to the next sucker.

Experience with Koch 33 My experience with Koch 33 has been nothing but a love/hate. The salesperson Norman D Munoz is one of the BEST salesperson I dealt with ever. His professionalism, politeness and understanding of the vehicles was amazing. He worked with my budget and even try to find more incentives for me. On the other hand the service department was a nightmare. The service manager Kaitlin Kinney was rude and very unprofessional. Got a 2019 RAV4, 1st service and not even the windshield liquid was refilled. Very disappointed. Thought they were better then Haltermans, they're not

Not very satisfied Waited a hour and half for oil change was told it would only be 45minutes to an hour. When I got out of dealership my truck ajar light came on don't know why they where in my trunk .had stuff in my glove compartment and it was removed and thrown up on my dash .feel like they where snooping through my car.very dissatisfied

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST I just had one of the worst experiences today in my life February 14th in here . I've been trying to sell my Mini Cooper that has 63400 miles on it. I've been receiving calls and emails from this place on everyday basis that they will offer me top $$ for my car . I decide to give it a try and drove about 1 hour and half to see them . Oil change I been trying so hard to get out of the car I have and trying for a rav 4 with no money down and where koch ford screwed me over with this fully loaded car leather seat and I don't like leather in my car and also didn't need the gps either what this people are thinking I don't know and also didn't want a 6 cylinder if there anything you can do for me with this it would be great but I am not counting on it

Questionable sales tactics and unprofessional After many visits while vehicle was being brought through recall and pre-sale inspection, I was finally told to come take a test drive in the vehicle. Sales person got in the vehicle with me and told me to go a certain way which I thought was odd because I wanted to get on the highway.
