Terrible Scheduled a week a head of time for a 3 o clock appointment for an hr. And a half, tops service on my car. I show up 3 and a half hrs. Later and they tell me they didnt even start working on it yet. Very disappointed. Ill never go again.

Negligent Service Dept.! GO to Bennett instead, stay away They get one star because when I bought my vehicle I had no issues with the sales staff. If you are considering buying a vehicle from them DONT. My husband and I bought our cars around the same time. We wanted to be loyal toyota owners so we wanted to find a loyal dealership. fed up I was very happy with Steve Bennett & the sale, I am very unhappy with the follow up call's due to me paying cash for the sale. They have my SS # and now want to know what I do for a living, that's none of your business.. I will purchase some where else in the future. I bought a bike for cash a few years ago without this nonsense. They gave me the key's and thanked me for the purchase. As a side note I gave great reviews b4 these phone calls,

No Relief I purchased a 2013 Toyota Sequoia (32,000 miles) here on October 21, 2015, traded in my vehicle which was financed. On October 27th I began having issues with the transmission and took my vehicle to another Toyota dealer for service. I was advised that my vehicle could not be serviced because it was NEVER registered with Toyota U.S.A as a sold vehicle. Can you say rip-off???? I was a repeat customer for Milham but I think they are a ripoff. I recently(less than a month) bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I was sold something called "protect all theft" At first, I was told it was standard, so why are you charging me $199 for it??? The salesman explained it is in case the car is stolen, the vin # is all over the car. Really, I don't care if it ends up in Alaska, I have insurance to cover theft.
