Great Experience with Bob Moran's Used Car Annex Was looking for a used car and this location had a good selection of cars that were in good shape. Dealer was very helpful in selecting car and notifying us of when more cars arrived that were in the range we were looking for.

Satisfied customers! We like the vehicle we found, were happy with the purchase experience, no high pressure tactics, the process to complete the transaction was straight forward, . The vehicle was very nicely prepared for delivery. Overall we were very satisfied.

Good experience No pressure. Very up-front. Good experience (had dealt with them before also with similar experience). Good follow up. Reasonable to negotiate with. No games. Will automatically go to them first when we'll need a new car. Will also recommend them to friends.

Graet experience, no pressure and very personable employees I was on the lookout for a pre certified used vehicle, had visited a number of dealerships closer to my home and met a number of high pressure and aggressive salesmen before deciding to visit Acton Toyota. As soon as I walked in the door the overall atmosphere felt different than most dealerships...no swarming and milling around of salespersons. No pressure, smooth purchase and great service! I'd been searching online and at dealerships for a used vehicle only to deal with pushy salesmen. I was very pleased when I arrived to test drive the vehicle I saw online. Bob Gaudet was laid back, personable and laid no pressure on me at all. I decided to purchase the used vehicle on the spot. Excellent experience We have been pleased with all of our experiences at this dealership - from purchasing 2 cars to car service and maintenance. Each employee that we had contact with displayed a high level of professionalism, friendliness and expertise. In particular, we have enjoyed working with Alex Wheaton for both of the car purchases - his relaxed and genuine demeanor made our experiences enjoyable and positive. Sales and service excellence Car buying can be a daunting experience. Jack Burke was attentive and helpful. He navigated the paper work with ease. I gained a rapport right away with him. He is a "car guy" hobbyist and knows the business well. I would recommend the dealership over most others. Word of mouth reputations are usually based on someones bad experience. I was pleased at Acton Toyota and hope to keep returning there in the future.

Great experience Ive gone to Acton Toyota for a long time for maintenance, and recently traded in a Prius for a new Tacoma; Ken White, Steve Poulin, and the finance team were diligent in facilitating the purchase at a fair price, and they expeditiously prepared the truck for take-home; i had a great experience and would recommend this dealership.
