Great experience Ive gone to Acton Toyota for a long time for maintenance, and recently traded in a Prius for a new Tacoma; Ken White, Steve Poulin, and the finance team were diligent in facilitating the purchase at a fair price, and they expeditiously prepared the truck for take-home; i had a great experience and would recommend this dealership.
I had not purchased a car in 20 years. I had decided that I would like to look at Hondas ,but was unsure of what size car I wanted. After seeing and driving a few smaller models with the help of Brian and Karin, Karin showed me a CRV that I purchased. Pleasant buying experience I bought a 2012 Rav4 from Ken White. Ken was very thorough in showing me the features of the car and we negotiated a good deal afterwards. The car had 28000 miles but already had the 30000 mile service performed. Ken showed me all the extras available for purchase with my car but there was no hard sales pitch. The car was delivered on time and Ken even took the time to help me set up my bluetooth pairing. I live in Boston but the drive here was well worth it.
