Phenomenal! I needed a car and I needed it yesterday. Almost exactly 24 hours after I told my troubles to Jack, we were driving away in a new car. He told me it could be done, and he did it.
got just what i asked for At first I could not decide what I wanted, a new Honda or a Toyota, Chris helped me decide and I ended up with a new RAV-4 Limited. they went out of their way to find me one in stock in the color and options I wanted. I also got the best deal and they true to everything. Would buy there again.
2013 Venza the customer experience at Acton is second to none. Everyone is courteous, knowledgeable and far from pushy. No games, no hassle, straight forward sales. Not only do I recommend the exceptional product Toyota but also Acton for the best buying experience. Have bought 4 vehicles from Acton despite the 4 hour commute from Vermont. Sales rep Shawn Gromley has sold us all 4 cars and should be a mentor for the model sales person.
Follow up to my negative review dated 1/1/15 I posted a negative review, which for some reason is showing here as being on 1/1/15. Not sure when it happened, but either way, here is a follow up to that event. Randy Irwin, the Service Manager reached out to me immediately after my post. Shortly thereafter we spoke and addressed the situation. He listened and didn't get consumed with defending the service writer, or the dealership etc..
