Easiest purchase ever. This was the easiest auto purchase ever. Bob & Frank made this experience so painless. They have a no nonsense approach to selling vehicles. It felt like I "bought" a truck and not "sold" one. I got a fair price on the sale and trade. Mike Wegener After totaling my car, I was eager to replace it. Mike Wegener was very helpful in helping me determine the type of car and the features I needed at a price that I could afford. Although originally higher in price than other dealers, Mike was able to negotiate a deal that was acceptable to both of us. I never felt pressured or ignored. He was able to accurately describe the pros and cons of various vehicles and made sure that both my husband and I were able to utilize all the new features in my updated Camry.
Best Decision Ever! My husband and I had visited Acton Toyota after finding a car I really loved on their website last month. Great Experience This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Acton Toyota. Several months ago, we inquired about purchasing a Highlander or a Rav4. Even though he knew we were not in the market to buy a vehicle at the time, Ken Hsu spent a lot of time with us. After 204,000 miles & 10 years of service, my Sienna was worth less than the cost to maintain it. We remembered how good Ken was to us & we wanted to buy a car from him. We bought a Rav4 Limited Edition. Drove it off the lot today. Very happy with the purchase.
