Great car buying experience I recently bought a car at Toyota of Acton. It was my first dealership buying experience (previously bought privately) and all I can say is "wow." Prices were straightforward, trade-in was priced well, and best of all the people that work there are friendly, honest, and attentive. I worked specifically with Tom Downing, and I can say that he was incredibly helpful and at no point did I feel any pressure about making a purchase until I made a decision for myself. Couldn't recommend them more.
Best car buying experience ever! The entire process of buying and taking delivery of my new vehicle has been easy and hassle free. Stephen Poulin has been polite, accomadating and continues to answer all my questions quickly. I never felt pressure to buy the vehicle or any additional services. I feel as though I got a fair deal and am thrilled to begin a new relationship with a GREAT dealership!
Refreshing Atmosphere Acton Toyota was great to deal with. I worked mostly with Stephen and found him to be knowledgeable and attentive. His customer focused style brought me back from another dealership even though I hadn't originally considered purchasing a Toyota.

easiest car purchase of my life This is my 10th or more car purchased at a dealer for myself or a family member and nothing has been easier! Friendly, honest, and no games; in short, doing business the right way. This was the shortest negotiation I have ever had and they went far above and beyond the call to register my car as they had promised. Kudos all around!
Jack is the best! Jack Burke is the quintessential low-pressure sales man. He actually made the experience fun for us. Sure, this was business, but it felt honest, amicable, and educational. Excellent Experience I live in NY and found my Tundra Limited online. Brian Doney and Frank Mazzeo went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information necessary to purchase my truck without even going to see it. Brian sent numerous pictures, answered all my questions and returned all my calls promptly. Frank provided a concierge level of service when it came to securing financing and arranging for delivery to my local address in NY.
