Great Experience! Overall, I had a great experience. In particular, Jack Burke was a pleasure to work with. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted over the phone so when I showed up I didn't have to waste time on cars that weren't within my criteria. I purchased a car from Jack 10 years ago and as soon as I needed a new one he was the first person I called.

Pretty positive experience overall, but weak on follow-up. We are happy with the car we bought from this dealer, and Vann and Mike were both friendly and helpful. When we came back to pick up the car, Mike took considerable time to help us learn about the Prius and how to operate it. From pain to gain I'm 70 yrs. old and have purchased a few cars during that span, purchasing a car from Acton Toyota was with out a doubt the best car buying experience I have had to date. I love my Rav4 My husband and I were happy to have Jack Burke work with us and find us the perfect car. We would highly recommend Acton Toyota to anyone and have them ask to see Jack. When we picked our new car up he took the time to show us all of the car's bells and whistles making our first drive home easy. No pressure sales at all and we loved that. Toyota Rav4 purchase I worked directly with Steve Kiviat. I purchased the car after seeing online at cars.com. A little negotiating and I got a good price (low end KBB) for a cream puff 2009 Rav4 with 28,000 miles. I live in Maine. As Mass does not issues temporary plates It was logistically a little difficult coordinating taking possession of the vehicle. Awesome! This is the second vehicle that we've bought from Acton Toyota and I'm even more pleased this time around! Steve Kiviat was attentive to our needs and was very polite. We were there an hour prior to closing and ended going about half an hour later than planned but he stayed and continued to work with us. Our Acton Toyota experience My husband and I were very pleased with our dealings with Mike Wegener. We did not feel pressured and he willingly answered all of our questions. We do not often purchase a new car but he made it very easy. We will keep his telephone number etc. for possible future purchases.
Mike Wegener Just leased a 2014 Camry SE. Mike Wegener made the whole procedure work perfectly from the initial phone conversation right through the day of picking up my Camry. (Thank You Mike!!!)
