Bought my first new car, Toyota Corolla Worked with Mike through email and text. Everything went according to plan. No issues. Very easy process, kept me updated often and as needed. Love the car and the price was perfect!
my experience buying Toyata have not bought a new vehicle since 2005, much to my surprise it was a pleasure dealing with Toyota of Littleton, and especially with Ken Hsu made it a pleasant, also JACK in finance made buying a SNAP i visited other TOYOTA dealers in the area, in my estimation these folks were the best.
Great service Jack was very helpful from the moment that we made him aware of the vehicle that we had in mind. He educated us on the vehicle and gave us all the necessary information for us to fall in love with our corolla to include all the gadgets in the vehicle and items in manual and went for a ride with us.
Some frustration but very satisfied in the end We picked out a few cars online we wanted to test drive but no one ever responded and they were not ready for our visit. We went to the main dealership first, but most of the cars were at the annex. We met with Ken Hsu and asked to test drive a Camry we had seen online. Acton Toyota is second to none I ventured to Acton Toyota following a miserable experience at a Volvo dealership in Nashua. Keep in mind that this was following more than 30 years of loyalty to Volvo. I had no idea what I wanted the the Avalon was of interest. Great experience buying a car from Mike Wegener I found the entire car purchasing experience at Acton Toyota to be pleasant and straightforward. Mike provided great customer service and did not pressure us to make a quick decision. I like to carefully think about my purchases - especially one as big as a car! Mike is very laid back, friendly and did a great job explaining the features of my new car. I would definitely recommend Acton Toyota and Mike to my family and friends.

A few stumbles but an overall great experiance. I've been looking at buying a used FR-S for quite some time. I've been jumping through various hoops with dealers trying to find a good price, many dealers locally to me here in Upstate New York REALLY try to get a ridiculous price for these cars, close to their MSRP new.
