Car Purchase We explored a car online and Mike was extremely helpful as we explored our options with the cars. One of the aspects I enjoyed most about working with Mike is that he did not try to sell me a car I was not looking to get into. He took my desires into account and was willing to help me get into the car I wanted at a reasonable rate. I would easily tell others to work with his.
Used Car Purchase We had originally closed a used car deal with another Toyota dealership and after horrible customer service we opted to cancel it. We were frustrated !! We went to Action Toyota, having done business with them years past, and met Bob. What a lifesaver, he wasn't pushy listened to what we needed and we found the perfect car (Toyota FJ Cruiser). Easy Breezy car sale I was so happy to work with Steve Kiviat. He was so relaxed and easy to work with. I never once felt pressured. He got me in a car that I LOVE! He took all my phone calls, was so patient and reassuring. In addition, every single staff member I met was friendly and professional. What a beautiful dealership!
