My wife and I made our first trip to Acton Toyota (traveling from the South Shore area) on Sunday January 19th, meeting with Jessica to discuss a purchase of a new Venza. We had spoken on the phone with Tom and had gone over the type of car my wife wanted. We went to Acton Toyota to trade in our vehicle to get a new Toyota Camry. Though it wasn't the closest dealership to our home, we really liked what online reviews had to say about the place, and we weren't disappointed! We got an online quote from Stephen Poulin, who was very courteous and friendly with us from start to finish. We had our trade-in evaluated and we got a fair price (I think!) for our vehicle. We are repeat customers and have also recommended Acton Toyota to our friends. We specifically asked for Wellington again, and we also worked with Stephen P. They are both friendly and professional, the facility is inviting without being high pressure. If/when we need a new car we will be going there first!

When you visit Acton Toyota the moment you walk through the door you immediately feel like family. I was used car shopping by myself, and I am a female. The last time I did it, it was an awful experience so I was very anxious and really dreading it but I needed a replacement vehicle. My wife and I bought a 2013 Highlander from Acton Toyota. Most people don't look forward to walking into a auto showroom but I found Mike and Scott to be friendly and professional. My only (small) issue is that when we showed up for our appointment to take a test drive, we had to wait a little while. In fairness, it was extremely busy that day.
