A recent purchase We, my wife and I, had worked with a local Toyota dealership for 15 to 20 years buying at least 20 new vehicles. After a very bad experience, we decided to look elsewhere. While working with Internet Car Pricing sites, Acton Toyota was listed as their "certified dealer." 2010 Prius III purchase I had a great experience buying this vehicle from Acton Toyota of Littleton. My wife and I enjoyed working with Mike; we found him very helpful, easy to talk to, eager to answer questions and help us anyway he could. He was prompt and thorough in following through with what he said he'd do.

It was really a happy experience in working with Mike. I was in the expression that buying a car is a difficult task which eats lot of my time for some days, but that was not the case. I just went to meet Mike and he provided me with best options for my taste without any pressure. Looking to lease a new vehicle I told Mike that I was looking into leasing a vehicle but wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. He had me come in the same day and stayed later then the hours he was scheduled for just to answer every question I had on numerous vehicles. We saw an advertised listing for a used Highlander and Mike was the salesman that we dealt with from call to visit and through-out the entire process. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle and the used sales process and helped with all the paperwork and setting us up with the finance department. When we arrived to pick-up the vehicle, we had some minor issues with the prep of the car and he dealt with that quickly. Our daughter will be looking for a used car soon, and we will send her to Mike also.

I found the truck I wanted on the internet and talked with Mike Wegener on the phone. Since I live in Maine and some two and a half hours away I couldn't visit the dealership for two days. " No problem" said Mike I'll hold the vehicle for you. Mike called me just before I arrived at the dealership two days later and had the truck out front waiting for me to test drive. After going through several car dealerships a day before, I decided to go over to Acton Toyota with my parents. Mike Wegener met us and right away was very polite and made us to feel welcome. I informed him about my car preference and he arranged a test drive. It went well. Communication was definitely Mike's strength as he knew that I couldn't speak on phone because I am Deaf. Working with Stephen was a very pleasant experience. He is very professional and knowledgeable regarding the Camrys we were interested in. We had talked with him prior to coming in and he had the 2 vehicles we were interested in ready for a test drive when we arrived.
