Mike helped me purchase my first car, a 2014 Toyota Corolla. I'd heard horror stories about dealerships but he was easy to deal with, answered all my questions, and made buying a car quick and painless. The dealership was nice enough to hold the car for me for a week while I got insurance and they handled all the paperwork, registration, plates, and the inspection sticker.

Mike was very responsive, allowing for a smooth, efficient transaction. He was able to accommodate my schedule, even staying quite late one evening when the dealership was closing to wrap up the details. After the sale, he helped out in a number of ways that were above and beyond the call of duty. Mike is an eager, enthusiastic rep who will go the extra mile to make your buying experience easy. Keith worked the financing and paperwork for me - total pro. Made for a painless transaction.

I had a great experience at Acton Toyota. Mike was friendly and helpful and Scott was great about giving a good price. Mike was responsive and helpful, taking time to show me all the bells & whistles in the computers features in the dashboard.

Stephen was great. Friendly, patient, professional. Very personable and always made sure my dad and I had everything we needed. It's was our first experience and a pleasure doing business with Acton Toyota. Stephen addressed all my issues patiently. He even replied to my queries by email on his day off. His professionalism is greatly appreciated. There was no pressure to sign up and no up selling. It did not seem like they were trying to clear vehicles off their lot in a hurry.
