When a family member needed a new wiper blade, service reps Nadine & Meghan listened patiently while I explained how his earlier visit resulted in a partial fix. They made notes in my account so he could get the driver's side blade replaced under an earlier special. Thanks for their help.

Sales and Service Staff at Acton Toyota are outstanding! This was my second car purchase from this dealership and we use their service department for all of our cars. Kimberly Portillo took good care of me. Her estimated time of service was close. She explained the procedure for ordering and servicing wheel mud flaps. The parts guy was very informative and I ordered four wheel mud flaps. Kimberly explained what was done during the car maintenance service, especially the power steering problem I experienced once for about 7-9 minutes. Overall, I am very pleased with the way that Kimberly handled my 15K mile maintenance service and the time it took to perform it. Jean-Paul

This was my third RAV 4 purchase at Acton Toyota and the sales service has only gotten better over the years. Jack Burke was the best. He was personable without being too intrusive, polite with a sense of humor that was not overpowering and answered every one of my questions with patience and knowledge. My new car was waiting for me complete with a red ribbon. He explained all the buttons and gadgets clearly in a way that was not condescending nor did he fly through assuming I would figure it out. I left my car for service overnight, and the communication from Guy was great and the repair and maintenance itself was solid as always. The only thing I dislike is this 25 word minimum for the review. I agree with another reviewer that this is a bad idea, you will have a lot of people choose not to fill out this form at all.
