I remember my first purchase from Acton Toyota.......a Corolla wagon which I loved. The service has always impressed me with great explanations of "whys/" and the cost. Three "Rav 4s" since then and I decided to purchase the last one as the lease was done. Acton Toyota is the best, I even got my vehicle serviced and passed the for the inspection sticker!!

Acton Toyota has always given me excellent service. Today was the same. Brent suggested additional service for me next time I come in in November. I have been a long time customer of Toyota. I started when they were Lexington Toyota. I plan to continue being a customer.

Steve Jensen was, as he has been in my past purchases with Acton Toyota, very cordial and respectful during my visits with him. He was very helpful in showing me the improved attributes of the new Tacoma's features. In completing the final offer and trade in, all went well.

I have only had pleasant experiences at Acton Toyota. Staff goes out of their way to be helpful. I have been to other Toyota dealerships and will only go to Acton because of their wonderful customer service.

Today's experience was back to the level of service I have expected from Acton Toyota. (past couple of experiences had been sub-par). Kim was knowledgeable, pleasant, and delivered on all promises. The work done on my vehicle was well done (thanks Jeff!) and I see a difference in performance. As Arnold said, "I'll be back...."

I bought a two year old Toyota Highlander hybrid. The salesman said to trust him that it was a good car. I wanted a hybrid and did. That was in 2009. Today at 250,000 miles the car is running wonderfully. It has cost me 3,835 dollars in repairs in all those years. I amen back to Acton and had Steve as a sales person. He was as good as the first man. I highly recommend both Steve and the Dealership.
