I left my car for service overnight, and the communication from Guy was great and the repair and maintenance itself was solid as always. The only thing I dislike is this 25 word minimum for the review. I agree with another reviewer that this is a bad idea, you will have a lot of people choose not to fill out this form at all.
Jack Burke, my salesman, went above and beyond delivering the vehicle to New Hampshire. The vehicle was well detailed, and ready for hand off. Jack gave an overview of all aspects of the vehicle

Great service. Quick turnaround. Friendly staff. Ease of dropping off car and pick up. Clean facility. The cafe for lunch was a nice touch before covid.
I've gone to this dealership since 1960 when it was in Bedford - a VW dealer - so you know how much I love the service !!!!!
Polite, efficient, Knowledgeable and want a precise description of any problem. I would recommend this Company and hope it gets back to normal. I miss having breakfast or lunch. Others I speak to who live too far away to come to this Toyota are jealous of my experience here.
