Had my 2010 FJ towed to Koch Toyota after serpentine belt broke while in Leominster. Get a msg early next morning from Natasha Allen, Service Consultant. She got my FJ in, belt replaced and kept me informed of progress. Excellent tech work. Outstanding Customer Service, 5 Star. Natasha is the best.
I had an excellent experience purchasing a used car from Koch Toyota. I test drove and purchased in under 2 hours with absolutely no pressure and perfect attentiveness. Everton Gomes was my sales man and he was fantastic. He went over the car, listened to my needs, and was never pushy or trying to upsell. I also had a quick wait and awesome experience in the finance department with Mike Jandrew. I would definitely purchase from Everton again.

I went to Koch route 2 late March to look at a corolla cross. Deborah Goguen met me in the lot. I asked a cupel of questions about the car. She asked me come inside and i tolled her that I didn't have time then and I left. I came back 2 days later and set up an appointment for April 1st. There was no pressure to by the car that day but every thing went well and I did get it that day. Both the service & sales managers made an exception to extended warranty coverage for a remote starter that was not covered and lowered diagnostic charges to bare minimum. They turned a frustrated customer to a happy customer.
