My service good and workers very professional I also like the inspection that gives you an overall assessment of my vehicle and also reminds you as the owner if everything is operating as they should
On Friday my wife and I brought our 2016 RAV4 in for its 65,000 mile checkup. We were expecting a routine tire rotation and check of everything. While waiting we got a call from William the service advisor. He wanted to discuss something. He said that they discovered a bad seal on the water pump and a belt that was in tough shape.
