We just completed our 4th transaction at Prime Toyota. We have always had the greatest experiences so we keep going back. This latest time was no exception. We were kept in the loop with each part of our purchase and by the time we entered the finance office, we were laughing and joking like we were old friends—which, let’s face it, we definitely needed after 2020. The Service department was great. My one complaint is The Service department was great. My one complaint is the cashier dept. They must wear a mask when anyone walks into the office. This is not an option. They were annoyed that I was not comfortable approaching them without a mask. How dumb.

I recently purchased a new Toyota Foreunner at Prime. I found the staff to be very froendly and accommodating. Especially under these trying times with Covid. I was made to feel at ease all the way through the process. I would highly reccommend coming to Prime. Excellent service
