We just completed our 4th transaction at Prime Toyota. We have always had the greatest experiences so we keep going back. This latest time was no exception. We were kept in the loop with each part of our purchase and by the time we entered the finance office, we were laughing and joking like we were old friends—which, let’s face it, we definitely needed after 2020. This is my third leased car from Prime Toyota. They are awesome with service and when deciding on a new car. I’ll be getting my next car there when this lease is up
The Service department was great. My one complaint is The Service department was great. My one complaint is the cashier dept. They must wear a mask when anyone walks into the office. This is not an option. They were annoyed that I was not comfortable approaching them without a mask. How dumb.
Everyone was great. No pressure on buying. Wait time was long, but in these times that’s to be expected . I left with a new car!
